Man, this guy is a real loon. Undoubtably, he will say the day before the deadline, "Come on, Cough up! only 1k to go!!" and then say he received enough money. Then, 4 days later he will say Toby has developed terminal cancer, and -you got it- he will ask for another 30K to pay fro the operation. You see, people who donated won't want Toby to die now they have payed to keep him alive.
Moral: There's one born every minute? More like, every second.
