o.k. here we start then ;D Use 160 gr. Cardboard to print. If you can, print the pdo in A4 (or regular US) format! You get a very good result in Colours if you print it in a copy shop with a digital laser printer! To give the ship a better look, colour all cut edges! Clue cardboard inside as shown on the pics. make all cuts in the middle of the lines. for _._._ lines use a needle to make little holes on the line. so its very easy to graze? the fold lines behind. open the pdo file and use right click mouse and set "check corresponding surface" to get an better idea where all the pices going in the model. Green lines = Clue Blue = Cut Red Dot = clue cardboard behind (i use comicboards) Yellow Dot – Cardboard you maybe need later to clue behind a pice. (its depend of having enaug space to clue later) Main Door HangarIts very important to clue cardboard behind to stabilize and give the pice the correct form. Inner Main Hangercut along the foldlines 0,2mm outside from the middle of the fold line around where the inner hangar goes in. After cluing the inner hangar test if its fit into the “ring”. Bow the flaps of the inner ring in 180 degree. Turn outside part on head. Put clue around inner part and clue the parts together. After its dry clue the outside parts together. Clue cardboard behind where you see the red dots

Fighter/Supply HangarParts you need for this. clue inner box leave enaugh space beetween cardboard pices and edges where you clue later the flaps of the top and bottom pices in. 1 – Clue first, wait until its dry, then clue 2
