Any new models during my absence?

Hello everyone!

Yesterday i have finished my exams and i'm having like 1 month of break from school (hopefully it will stay that way). While I was away i was looking here from time to time and I know there are lots of new models unfolded :]

Could someone send me all of the models that need to be hosted??? Or at least list them

GreatDane made a .pdo version of the Hyperspace Inhibitors from the Bridge of Sighs a little while ago, and seems to have a bunch of other stuff in progress. It's a little old, but I think I saw some screenshots of some Vaygr strike craft in development.

...and I've got a crap-ton of photos, if that amounts to anything.

Speaking of GreatDane, whats the status on his bentus unfold. seems it would be the largest papercraft object i've yet to build (still working on the sajuuk, anyone have spare build instructions)

looking forward to a bit of a forum revival.

You'd better prepare yourself, I have been busy in the mean time, and I guess others have too!
Here's a little list of the models (pdo) I have so far:
Taiidan Hyperspace Inhibitor - Beta unfold, needs to be updated?
Vaygr Minelayer Corvette - updated unfold & colored fold lines.
Vaygr Lasercorvette - (same as above, currently build in progress)
Vaygr Command Corvette - Same as Vaygr MC.
Vaygr Probe - Beta unfold, build. Needs some updating.
Vaygr Assault Frigate - Beta (ready), needs to be build first.
Vaygr Missile Frigate - Beta, but too big for normal paper size (67cm!) yet.
Vaygr Infiltrator pod - Beta (ready), update needed?
Vaygr Infiltrator Frigate - Beta (in progress, again too big (85cm) yet).
Vaygr Carrier - In progress. (with more details & subsystems)
Vaygr Destroyer - In progress (fiddling with hidden faces).
Vaygr **** - In progress (it's HUGE; this one I'd like to build once!).
Vaygr Sub systems - In progress, seperate modules to add to super capital ships!
Vaygr Assault craft - In progress. Their meshes are a pain! Need to tweak them a bit to get the unfolds right.
Hiigaran Gun Turret - In progress.
Hiigaran Ion Turret - In progress.
Hiigaran Assault Frigate - Unfold in progress, upgraded the textures.
Hiigaran Defencefield Frigate - In progress. (still fiddling with tricky mesh problems!)
Hiigaran Recource Controler - Beta unfold ready.
Derelict Missile Frigate - Beta unfold.
Derelict Salvage Collector - Beta unfold.
Well, that's only my small contribution; *heh* most are still in progress! If you're ready for it, I'll mail you the ones that are buildable. Just give me a sign.

Talking about Bentus...
Yeah, I really like to get back on that one! The unfold 'exploded' into a mass of parts, wich was very hard to organise. It still has some 'mesh bugs' I need to fix somehow. Due to the extremely long faces both rectangular hull parts (:like the points of a pair of tweezers) have, they cannot be cut in half. At least not in Metasequoia. So if you would like to print it on A4 (or Letter) size paper, you'll end up with an model of about 40cm instead of the proposed 90/100cm! And all those small part would make it a pain to build that size. *sigh*

P.S. Have you tried HL2Ep2/Portal yet? It's a blast! Those freaky 'hunters' (read: haunters) were haunting me for weeks! Portal is awesome as well.

As for HL2/Portal, i played portal at my friend's house, and yea, it is awesome, didn't play ep2, though, i'm waiting till i could buy it so as not to spoil myself anything yet

There are many reasons i didn't buy it yet, one of them is myself wanting to buy this:

Those models look sweat! Kyrios seems like one of the more elaborate models (like the Gundam Exia). I myself favored the 'MSJ-06II-A Tieren Ground Type' at first glance. (Why-oh-why do I alway seem to favour russian build designs? Must be the odd/different-than-others designs they come up with I guess)
I started by building models in plastic ages ago (never stopped, btw. ), so no worries, it's a fun medium.
Have fun building it!

I'll send you the files that are ready -one-by-one- for you to upload, soon. Maybe tomorrow, but I'll be having a busy weekend, so I can't promise.

As for Gundams, Kyrios will be my 1st gunpla, i also ordered Kyrios first because it's my fav gundam *looks at sig and ava* but i bet you never would have guessed

The funny thing about gunpla is that it does not need any glue at all. As for how hard it's to build one i have absolutelly no idea yet. I promise to write though
