So far as I know you can save a single page model from pepakura as a .bmp by copying to clipboard. I don't think you can convert a multi-page model to an equivalent number of .bmp or jpeg pages but I could be wrong.

Depends on how big you want the model, and if you paid for Pepakura.
If you paid, then you can copy the pdo as any size you want. Toy with the menu at the top of the screen and find the option to copy the unfolded model. (It's under one of the drop-down menus.)
If you didn't, then you can do it the way I do.
1. Shift the fold/unfold border so that the unfolded side is as big as you can get it. 2. Zoom in on the unfolded model. 3. Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard (If it's a typical keyboard, it should be the upper right button in the cluster of 6 above the arrow keys.) 4. Open two windows of the graphics program of your choice. I use MS Paint. 5. Tell your computer to paste, and it will put a screenshot into the window. 6. Copy the section of the screenshot (model piece only) and place it in the second open program window. Voila, you have a piece of an enlarged unfolded model. 7. Put the various pieces together until you have a large model.
That's how I got my Archangel to its 20x20cm size -- without that tactic, it would be so small that it would fit in my hand. Don't try to fit all the pieces into one graphics file -- spreading it into two or three or even four files is fine and usually makes for easier printing. JPEG is a good file format. Don't use BMP, as it makes for absolutely enormous file sizes.
I hate PDF's with a vengeance, but if you want them, go ahead and use them. I was forced to use one for AI's, but I don't use them for models. They might be the way to go if you want everything on one page, but I don't think they'll work with the above strategy. I'm not sure.

OK, if you haven't bought Pepakura yet (like me), printing into PDF is the best solution yet. The whole process is complete in a matter of seconds, you can save the file on a diskette or CD or DVD or wahtever, you can read the file anywhere you want... And if you want it in BMP or JPEG so hard, just search for "Image printer" or "print to image" or "PDF to image" on tge Google: www.google.com
