I am currently part of a group working on a star trek animation movie. I have idea to do a series with a new ship (it might not be an animation series, it may be just a script series). The series would need a new ship. I would like to have a paper model made, so I would have something to look at while I am writing. I have postd two drawings ( I can't draw that great) Name: USS Noelle NX-96485 Origin: Star Trek

The starship would be simular to a Frontier-Class with embedded Sovereign-Class deflector in a Galaxy-Class secondary hull & "saddlebag"-style simultaneous (deployable) front/back-firing torp launchers beneath the edges of the saucer section.

I'm not quite sure if anyone here knows how to make paper models from complete scratch. To do this model, someone would have to create the mesh and all its textures, as well as unfold it.
Does anyone here know how to do that?
