I'd like to request some ships from Freespace. Name: Orion-class Destroyer. Origin: Freespace 1 & 2. Picture: Mesh: e-mail me and i'll send it your way. AndName: Hercules-class Heavy Assault Fighter. Origin: Freespace 1 & 2. Picture: Mesh: same as above. Tried to make them myself, but Metasequoia seems to corrupt some textures during conversion, and i can't use pepakura that well. They're pretty complex models, but i managed to construct "prototype" versions out of 'em. |

Hello!
At the request of Emperor Timothy I made the models Hercules and Orion, Hercules is finishing the assembly tests and it owes for these days to be available (it is not the same model of the Gallery of Pepakura).
The Orion, TonyG2 you must have seen right here at the forum, a guy makes him but he was having problems with the textures (that is serious why they corrupt when extracted of the file of the game) he never finished the model or at least it didn't publish. My model of Orion is ready, I only need to building it to verify the construction engineering is correct and to revise eventual mistakes. I believe that in one month or it is less already available for download. But then I post here...

I suppose if you wanted another mesh for the Orion you could always ask the guys working on the Freespace Source Code Project, aren't they overhauling all the models? Anyway here's a list of the completion rate of the models and I think also their makers, so you could possibly get higher resolution textures instead. www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=29228.0 |

well, i have the model made by Ent-E that was hosted on PaperStarships, happy to email it to you. Although for future reference tho ,please either add this to a relevant (i.e. startrek, general requests, etc) thread, or start a new one so we can keep things as on-topic as possible.
just post your email and i'll send it along. PDF works for you, right?
