Uhh one more thing.... i was taking a look at starship modeller and readed this
"Once built, the model was cleaned up using artists water colour pencils to remove the more obvious fold lines and then given a few coats of an acrylic varnish spray"
This is something i never was sure about: once you finish the model you spray it with some kind of varnish. Is there any spray varnish you can reccomend me for that? And the same about that colour pencils to erase the fold lines. How do you apply them? Sorry but i never made paper models before discovering this website, so i just know the basics of building and that stuff.

Ooh aah ohhhhh that's very very well-done. Varnish...hmm, I've never tried that. Probably should. *makes mental note*

I use a high gloss acrylic spy made by humbrol called Crystal. Used sparingly, it just seals the paper/ink and maybe gives a slightly satin sheen.

Application of water colur pencils... hard to describe. You need to moisten the coloured "lead" of te pencil and then either "write" over the line you are covering up or rub the side of the moistened lead over the line - that works well if trying to mask a line along the edge of the model.

Thanks, Tony. If my life ever slows down and I get some work done on things that need to be done (wow how ambiguous is that?), then I'll try this varnish stuff.

Not sure where you would find varnish in Brazil, because I don't know what kind of stores you have there. Any place with spray paint, house supplies, maybe, like hammers, nails, wood, and all that might have varnish. Or a crafts place. I'm not sure...we have Home Depot here in America and it has just about everything. What it doesn't have, Wal-Mart does.
