Kilrath Jalthi Very Heavy Fighter

One more model for the Wing Commander collection, that time is the ultra heavy fighter Kilrath Jalthi class of the game Wing Commander I. This is a quite simple model of being built, it will please plenty the beginners. He is already climbed for the 1/200 scale. The 3D model came from the repository Wing Commander 3D there is plenty available time in the internet, (http://wcmdf.solsector.net/index.htm) but without updatings there is a long time...

Ah! To vary I increased modifications in my Jalthi, I made a canopy of transparent acetate with frame in sulfite paper (filecoat), the whole interior including seats and panels, the pipes of the cannons were made with toothpicks, painted with acrylic paint and I included the landing gear...

I have plans of accomplishing in paper models all of the ships of the first two games, it is already in the drawing board the Hornet fighter of the Confederation in this small scale and in the scale 1/48 with interior...

Major bonus for all us Wing Nuts.

Have to say - and not in any way trying to rain on the parade - but I'm a Wing Co 3 and 4 plus Prophecy fan (mainly as I can't run 1 and 2 on my various PCs).

Still keep it up (and PLEASE have a go at some later designs - especially the Lexington from Armada)

I have a lot of meshes of several games Wing Commander but a lack exists in relation to larger and capital ships. If you have meshes that why can be used to extract the iff for me it is a nightmare I will have the largest pleasure in doing models of them...
