print out is on table. but whats that??? the copy shop messed the quality from pdo in pdf, and the paper is different then the other i have before well, i will start with the head, see if it still looked nice and work. pics comming soon!

Well, it looks pretty damn awesome even if they messed up at the copy shop. Feel free to post more pictures as progress moves along, I simply can't get enough of this ship, especially in black. ;D I'm also interested in some closeups on the texture-detail.

OK I'm showing my ignorance here but how do you import the Makaan Elite textures onto the standard Battlecruiser?

If you have my .pdo-version you do it like this:
Pepakura Viewer: 1. Unpack the textures in the .rar-file where you later can find the easily. (like C:\Temp or your Desktop) 2. Load the model in Pepakura Viewer. 3. Now, in the menu-bar click: "Configuration->Texture Configuration" which opens a new window. 4. In this window, begin with selecting "vbc_Body" from the list. 5. Click the button "Specify Texture Image..." 6. Now you need to find the appropriate texture in the Open-dialog that just appeared, namely "vbc_BlackRed_Body.bmp" you unpacked in step 1. 7. If you opened it you should be able to see how the texture instantly changes on the models and unfolds in the background. Now you just need to repeat that for all other textures that needs changing, and that is only those list-elements that have .bmp-files with representing names from the texture pack. Other textures that are not in the packs does not follow a color-scheme and does obviously not need changing.
In Pepakura Designer: Only one difference, as I and Auris noticed, the menu you will find "Texture Configuration" under is "3DModelWindow" instead of "Configuration"... otherwise the same.

ok, here you see the differences from the pdo to the messed up print in the copy shop. PDO / Laser Print (messed up) to see where are exatly the fold lines i have to use another print without textures: all in all i am realy think about a new printout........................

Thanks for the tip on changing textures. Thats all 4 versions set up and saved.
Building is going to be another matter entirely.
Still. Will get around to it one day....
