As some newbies (including myself) cannot do the models on pepakura, would it be possible to have a section of paperstarships where you can host metaseqoia files, to be done by more experienced people if they have time? if that happened, a newbie could spend several hours making and modulating a file, put it on there and someone else could finish it.

Why not just learn Pepakura? Don't be afraid to make bad models at first; we all did. Then, we learned what to do and what not to do. If all the newbies posted up files, we'd have incredibly long lists and never get anything of our own done.
A few every so often wouldn't be that bad, if people are open to take them. What do the rest of you guys think?
If you don't buy Pepakura, you can still do models. You just have to make them in one sitting, and you won't have the luxury of .pdo files. I did all mine that way, even the Archangel.

actually, i'm having dificultys with the archangel. could u please try and get someone to make a larger version of it? the jpeg one is really small...

1 agree with dodos first post. i actuallywant to start making mesh preliminsaries and have them open for people to edit.
of coarse id make them send the edited mesh back to me so i may make the unfold and modules but theyd still get credit for the edit IF they at least give a handle.

A larger version? The file should come out as a 20x20 cm. ship after it's built. Are you sure you haven't accidentally shrunk the file somehow? If you're printing it HTML, it may be shrunken to fit in your internet window.

also, how about a page in PS where u can download all the .cob files? the reason lots of people dont make models is coz deep is so expensive. i didn't try to make models until i founf\d the demo of deep is free.
