I know it's been brought up before but I can't find it. I opened a mesh in meta and I have a problem that has to be fixed before using pepakura. Let's assume that my model consists of 2 meshes. It's a sphere and a roller. The roller has it's one end inside the sphere and the other one outside. I want to keep only the outside one. So I need to make somehow verticles at the surface of the sphere. Hope you got it.

try the boolean function in 3ds max or gmax (not sure if gmax has it or not)

can I send you the mesh? just create somehow the verticles and I'll try to make the rest. Or if there is an option that will make the mesh empty inside I'd beg you to use it.
