Doesn't look fun... especialy the bumps on the ?bottem?. If you feel like working on it some more, I'd try breaking it apart a bit more to clean up the individual parts. (someone with more experience should probably comment on this aspect) Also, try to connect some of the lose parts floating around on the bottem of page 3.
Hope this helps.
EDIT
Taking a closer look, looks like this is one of those models with an extra piece floating around in the middle.

Hey Kushanwolf, I've been working on another copy of the model and think I've got another one ready (still need to do a build first but...) you mind if I post it in the next few days or do you want to take a go at it first?

Cool! I see you managed to get rid of all those pesky little bits and the top looks a LOT easier to unfold. Nice one! I'll print it off as soon as i get some more card. (Where does that little piece go?, its got textures but does'nt seem to go anywhere?

I'm starting to feel bad about so many posts on one topic... I can't tell the actually description in relation to in-game features having never actually finished the game... Anyway, for anyone interested, when you open up any model in pepakura designer, right click on the 2D parts page and select check corresponding faces (alternatively you can just hit Ctrl-K) and click on the part. For an approximate location, if you're looking at the side with the single bump, place the elongated end on the left, the extra piece is inside the right hand edge.

Well, I've finished a model. Right now all I'm waiting for is to get the pictures off my camera... I will admit it's smaller than I thought. (it can easily fit in the palm of my hand) Anyway, I'll post pictures when I get a chance. Might write up an AI too if anyone thinks it's necessary.

OK, I've got pics up. Here's a small one of the model: There are more pics posted here. The model ended up being about 5 inches wide, 4 inches tall and 3 inches thick. Enjoy! Well can't seem to get the image to display... any ideas?
