where the hell is that place?
by the way, I'm sure you noticed the news in paperstarships website! It would be cool.
and did you tried to build the star wars epIII jedi fighter? (no idea of it's name, I'm sorry)
In fact, I preffer the clone trooper heavy fighter of Ep III as the coolest fighter of the whole new trilogy. But this ship now availiable in paperstarships is the second best fighter of this trilogy to my mind.
Obviously, the fighter I like the most in star wars is the V wing -It rules in Rogue Squadron, when I played it in my pc loooooong time ago...... it has turbospeed mode, like xwing, linked lasers which can be turn into laser machineguns with an amazing rate of fire (you must avoid overheating) and can fire up to 6 auto guided missiles at a time! Awesome-
And obviously, the best fighter in all Sci-Fi is The Babylon 5 Starfury. Period. ;D
Not sure why am posting this... but I'm posting, wasn't it what you wanted, theglove? ;D
Let's discuss!

good to see you all here again.
Ok, maybe V wing doesn't look great. But play Good Old Rogue Squadron 1 for PC and you will see... IT RULES

actually i found it a bit overpowered. On the other hand, i hated that it had a similar drive system to the snowspeeder, so it did not "really" fly, it just hovered very good. The drawback of this was that i couldn't perform loopings which was my favourite method of escaping incoming missiles.

I officialy hate nintendo for turning the series into a Cube-only game... TRUE!!! and about the vwing being overpowered, yes, I'm sure it is. But only if micromanaged propperly. You have to change flight mode lots of times, and each flight mode prevents you to shoot or to be too fast. If you don't do so, it becomes a slow and lacks of maneauverality (sp?) -ok, ok, it lacks of it anyway :-P However, being only able to operate in atmosphere makes it less versatile. But Cool anyway. In the Battle of Calamari, the only way tie drones had to stop me was taking a kamikazi approach. But I lost RS long ago...
