What is PDS 7.0? Depending on the format of the 3D models, it could be possible to design one.
As well for the higgy shipyard, do you want it with or without antennie?

The FCNS Iskandar Shah is a Heavy Bombardment Cruiser from the Homeworld2 mod PDS version 7.0. I can send you the entire mod in a zip if you want to make a model of it along with a screen shot from the modded game!
As for the shipyard, no thanks on the antennae.

A shipyard can be found on the Yessmaster's site, but its pretty small, only two pages.
