As You may have noticed, the PaperStarships site is currently down. It is because a data loss desaster happened to the web-host, that affected all websites hosted by it. This is a tricky error, requiring a lot of administrative work to correct, but hopefully when completed, PS will be back online. No actual data of the site (such as the models for example) were lost. Even if anything goes wrong, i always have a complete copy of the entire site with all it's contents on my computer.

Hi Ent, where have you been? You don't call us, you don't write anymore, by the way, this news gave me quite a scare, tought you were closing or something, but nevermind.

Heh, i dont plan on closing down. i even have plans of rebuilding PS in a more modern look with more modern functions, i just have so many projects going that i dont know when i will have time for that.
Btw, the email adress that was displayed on the site was also deleted, so when it's back online i plan to create a new address with much larger storage space for incoming models.

Wow, this made me think you were closing down too.
Glad to hear the site will eventually come back.
Yes, people, I do exist, but darn, MIT takes up so much time, and not much is happening here...it's a sad thing...

When you get the time to upgrade / repost PSS. I'll have to ask you NOT to repost the versions of the models I had here.
I'm in the process of upgrading some of the Ai's on the models, also there's info in them that I don't want available on the net any longer.

Gearz: why don't You want your models be available anymore? Or will You release updated versions?
i also hope PS will be back soon, however it seems the server still has the problem.

oh...*reads the rest */....    good. yes i think we should A>update\repost B>continue to take in new models C>yes:modernize the site and that should be it althou i need a old model of the vgr btc Nerath i think once we get it back up we should update the colors fr some of the models and then.......chat! |

Any news on this, how much time will it take for paperstarships to return, i'm starting to have paper deprivation syndrome ;D ;D ;D
PS Yeah i know there plenty of other sites and models, but for a sci-fi junkie paperstarships it's heaven ;D ;D ;D

WOW! I'm stunned to see that our little community has kept itself together for so long!
I check back here every so often to see if anything new has been posted, and until recently, it's seemed 100% D-E-A-D! activity is so sudden these days.
I occasionally go in and try to churn out something in meta but stuff never works like it usually does.
so far, I've managed to make an arwing from the origional Starfox so it's really low polly, but it's a neat model for the fans.
anything people looking for specifically? I still have a ton of HW mods!
Nice to see everyone again!
